As the Head Coach, Kaylee Lamphiear is the driving force behind the team's success. She is responsible for developing the team's overall strategy and game plan, as well as providing individualized coaching and mentoring to each team member. Kaylee's leadership and guidance help to motivate and inspire the team to achieve their full potential. She is highly skilled at analyzing and evaluating game situations, making quick decisions, and implementing effective strategies. With Kaylee's coaching expertise, the team is able to compete at the highest level and consistently achieve outstanding results. Kaylee's High School Fastpitch Accomplishments: Skagit Valley Herald Softball Player of the Year: 2012, 2013; WIAA Athlete of the Week: April 2012; 3A NW All Conference: First Team 2011, 2012, 2013 & Second Team 2010; Career HS Stats: .535 Batting Average, 169 Hits, 32HR's, 41 Doubles,141 RBI's, 1.006 Slugging %, 10 strikeouts in 384 plate appearances.

Ashley Queen

14U Assistant Coach

As an Assistant Coach, Ashley Queen plays a vital role in the success of the team. She assists the head coach in planning and executing training sessions, analyzing game footage, and developing effective strategies. Ashley's strong interpersonal skills enable her to build solid relationships with players, offering them guidance and support both on and off the field. She also collaborates with other members of the coaching staff to ensure that the team operates smoothly and efficiently. Ashley has a specific focus with the team on Pitching Mentality and Mechanics, as well as Infielders. Ashley's High School Fastpitch Accomplishments: NW All Conference: First Team 2013, 2014, 2015 Career HS Stats: .395 Batting Average, 118 Hits, 33 Doubles, 63 RBI's, .582 Slugging %; Pitching Stats: 47-29 W/L Record, 421 IP, 3.19 ERA, 3 No-Hitters, 10 Shutouts, 334 Strikeouts.

Kiah Trammell

14U Assistant Coach

As an Assistant Coach, Kiah Trammell plays a vital role in supporting the head coach in all aspects of team management and performance. Kiah assists with practice planning, player development, and game strategy. With a strong background and love for the sport, Kiah brings valuable expertise to the team and serves as a key resource for player and coach communication. Kiah's dedication and passion for the game make them an invaluable asset to the coaching staff. Her focus is mainly on Infield Mechanics and overall moral and game smarts. She encourages teamwork and constant communication on the field. Her passion for the sport bleeds into the players and coaches, her presence is critical for player development and overall growth of the team. Bob Nations

12U & 14U Player Development

Bob Nations serves as an Assistant Coach for the team, supporting the head coach in various aspects of training and strategy. He has over 20 years of travel ball coaching experience ranging from 10U to 18U Gold exposure teams. He assists in designing practice sessions, analyzing game and hitting footage, and providing feedback to players. With immense knowledge of the game and attention to detail, Bob plays a crucial role in ensuring the team's success. Bob's main focus with the team is Outfield & Hitting Mechanics, although assists with most aspects of the team. He has coached many successful hitters and provides video breakdown of swings and adjustments needed to reach full hitting potential. He leads communication drills, assists with outfield and throwing mechanics, and provides guidance to outfielders during game play.

Steve Laszlo

12U & 14U Personal Trainer/Physical Therapist

Our Personal Trainer and Physical Therapist, Steve Laszlo, is a cornerstone of our team. Steve provides targeted workout programs based on the unique needs of each individual, and encourages self-paced growth of all athletes. His eye for detail and comprehensive knowledge about the human body creates his unique approach to personal training. Beyond creating and implementing fitness routines, Steve also excels in physical therapy, ensuring our team members get back on track following injuries. His dual role makes him an invaluable resource in maintaining the health and wellness of our team. This year marks his first season with the NW Crushers, and we are excited to watch him provide the tools and strength needed to take them to the next level.
